Travel Resource for Townsend, Tennessee, the Peaceful Side of the Smokies
The Problem
The board of the TCCGA (Townsend/Cades Cove Gateway Alliance) runs ExploreTownsend.com and needed a dedicated webmaster to provide maintenance and guidance towards the success of their travel resource. They were also charged a high retainer from the previous webmaster.
The Solution
We transferred the ExploreTownsend.com website to our hosting server. The website brings in thousands of visitors who are interested in the beauty and appeal of Townsend. Through our Website Care Service, we provide hosting, maintenance, security, updates, backups, support and more.
In Fall 2022, we completely redesigned the website with overhauled navigation, updated photography and videos, cleaner typography and color palette, and an overall elevated design.
