About the Design

The Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis found Pioneer Media on Google and contacted us to address a number of issues with their TennesseeABA.org niche community website.

What were the issues?

A list of around 10 items were sent over to fix on the website. The old site was built on Drupal, so we opted to convert the website to WordPress, which would be easier for both us and the client to maintain. Some of the problems with the old site involved account login & management and the cart & checkout pages. Obviously, checkout & payment issues are high priority!

Were the payment problems fixed?

Yes! We migrated the website to WordPress + WooCommerce and utilized the existing PayPal account + Braintree for integrated payments. We also installed an SSL Security Certificate to ensure all transactions are safe & secure. TABA has already successfully received payments through their new website, and the money landed in the organization’s bank account!

How long did this take?

The entire website took about a week to migrate to WordPress and freshen up the design. This solution ended up saving TABA money, and they were very pleased with the turnaround time and results.

How does the site look on mobile phones?

We built the website with a responsive design, which ensures the site looks perfect on any device sizes, all the way from 4k desktop computers down to smartphones. The benefits are in both user-friendliness and search engine ranking.

Is your work complete?

No. We continue to provide web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, site updates, analytics traffic reports, Google SEO monitoring, regular site backups, virus removal, security patches, customer support and more through our Website Care Service. TABA’s website is in good hands!
