My name is Leighton Smith, an enthusiastic resident of East Tennessee. In business, I wear several metaphorical “hats.” I am Pioneer Media’s website designer, web developer and webmaster. Each is a unique role in the process of creating a website. As a “solopreneur” freelancer, I am self-employed and your one-and-only point-of-contact for your website. I’ve built 100s of websites since learning to code in 2006 and absolutely love what I do. How soon can you take on a new client?

Typically, we can get started within the week!

How long do you take to respond?

Most client requests and site updates are responded to within 24-48 hours. Compare that with some web designers who might take over a week to acknowledge your message.

How long does it take to create a website?

Most of our websites are designed and developed within a month. This, of course, depends largely on how soon you take care of your side (sending your logo, writing up some copy, sharing photos, etc).

Can you handle eCommerce sites?

Technically, yes! But it depends. Is your eCommerce website the size of Walmart.com? Then likely not. If you are a small business and have under 100 products, we can probably help you out!

Can you help me design a logo?

Myself, no, but I have very talented graphic designers I connect you with!

What about advertising campaigns?

For advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pay-per-click (PPC), etc., I leave that to the specialists. I can provide my website hosting and management services in tandem with their marketing campaigns.
