Appalachian Claims Service was established in 1977 with a commitment to quality claims handling for a select group of insurance and self-insured companies.

The challenge

The old website was custom-coded in HTML and had an archaic design, so every change needed a developer. The company came to us with a clear list of expectations for the new site.

What we built

• A WordPress website with its own login, so the owners could make changes whenever they needed.
• Mobile-friendly. It was optimized for desktops, tablets and phones.
• High-quality stock photography, purchased for the site.
• Ongoing care through our Website Care Service: hosting and management.
