Bentley Home Inspections

Bentley Home Inspections is a family-owned home inspection company in Lubbock, Texas, founded in 2019 by Andy Bentley (TREC License #23633). It offers buyer’s home inspections, solar, pool and spa, septic and well inspections, water testing and 11th-month warranty inspections, and every residential inspection includes a 120-day warranty, $100 of deductible coverage and a money-back guarantee.

The challenge

When Bentley Home Inspections came to Pioneer Media in 2022, its WordPress website had a number of problems that needed fixing. Home buyers search Google and use their phones to find an inspector, so the site had to be fast, easy to read, accessible to every visitor and clear about services, prices and guarantees.

What we built

• A client since 2022. We first took over the old WordPress website and fixed its various issues. We have hosted and maintained the site ever since.
• A new high-performance static website (November 2026). We reimagined the site as fast static pages with no plugins or database to slow it down or keep updated, the same approach we used to rebuild our own website.
• A beautiful new design. A dark charcoal and orange look that matches the Bentley logo, with Andy’s photo, a 5-star badge, clear Schedule Your Inspection and call buttons, and the three guarantees right below the headline.
• Better accessibility. The redesign improved the site’s accessibility so more visitors, including people using assistive technology, can read it and book an inspection. The homepage scores 100 for Accessibility in Google PageSpeed Insights.
• A page for every service. Buyer’s, solar, pool and spa, septic and well inspections, water testing and the 11th-month warranty inspection each have their own page, along with pricing, the guarantee, sample reports, frequently asked questions and the service area.
• Search engine and AI friendly. Plain-language copy and a perfect 100 SEO score in Google PageSpeed Insights help search engines and AI assistants understand the business.
• Ongoing care through our Website Care Service: hosting, SSL security, updates and backups.

A perfect PageSpeed score

We tested the homepage with Google PageSpeed Insights on November 6, 2026 (desktop). It scored 100 for Performance, 100 for Accessibility, 100 for Best Practices and 100 for SEO, and it passed 2 of 2 Agentic Browsing checks, Google’s test of whether AI assistants that browse the web can read and use a page.
