Eastern Underwriting Managers

Eastern Underwriting Managers, formed in February 2015, is a multiline MGA and wholesaler in Knoxville, Tennessee, giving small and medium retail insurance agents quick quote turnaround with no volume commitment or access fee.

The challenge

Eastern Underwriting Managers already relied on Courtenay Smith of RCS Computer Services for IT support and wanted the same kind of relationship for its website, on a sensible budget.

What we built

• A modernized WordPress site. The design stayed familiar, but a superior theme and hands-on tweaks brought it up to date.
• Mobile-friendly. A must in today’s competitive online world.
• Search optimization and a new Google local business listing (SEO).
• Ongoing care through our Website Care Service: hosting and maintenance.
