Frame the Alphabet is a very successful, creative company in Knoxville, TN. The website is built to handle their success. On busiest days, Frame the Alphabet has received over 20,000 visits a day! The website controls that traffic with impressive speed. Their eCommerce website allows customers to drag-and-drop letters onto a blank canvas to create their very own letter art keepsake. The drag-and-drop functionality is powered by jQuery. Next, customers go to the secure checkout page to finish their order. The website is secured with SSL encryption to ensure customers’ sensitive information doesn’t leave the website. Payments are accepted straight from the site. On the backend, Frame the Alphabet can manage orders and promo codes through a custom-built administrative panel. The website utilizes a MySQL database to store the data behind the website. Frame the Alphabet also features a feedback page for customers to view and post product feedback. An Order Status page allows customers to view the current status of their order. The website also includes a mobile web app for mobile visitors. Pioneer Media provides hosting and management services for Frame the Alphabet.
