Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont

The Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont (GSMIT) offers beloved nature programs in East Tennessee and has been connecting people and nature for over 50 years.

The challenge

GSMIT reached out to Pioneer Media because it needed a quality, responsive and affordable webmaster to help manage its popular website, which has undergone redesigns, hacking attempts and regular content updates.

What we built

• A move to our server. We transferred the GSMIT.org website to our servers for hosting.
• Round-the-clock help. We are available 24/7 for website support, virus removal, site updates and more (Website Care Service).

See the live site at gsmit.org.

What the client says

Leighton with Pioneer Media is fantastic to work with! I’ve been working with him only since the beginning of January, and in less than two months, he has made so many improvements to our website. His turnaround time is lightning fast and his customer service is personalized and professional. I highly recommend working with Pioneer Media!
