Randall Beans

Randall Beans makes fully cooked beans in a glass jar, including regular and organic Great Northern, pinto and deluxe mixed beans and an Ultimate 4-Bean mix. The beans are sold in grocery stores across the USA.

The challenge

The owners of Randall Beans had a visually pleasing, working eCommerce website. The trouble came with site updates and marketing campaigns: they had been through a few website management teams, and each one fell short of their reasonable expectations.

What we did

• Transferred the website as-is, keeping the existing build, onto our cloud servers (hosting).
• Polished the site by fixing visual quirks, making performance enhancements and updating the plugins in the back end, which improved load time.
• Cleared the backlog. Randall Beans had a punch list of requests that the previous management company never fulfilled, so we worked through them together.
• Ongoing care. Randall Beans reaches out with questions, site updates and support requests as needed, through our Website Care Service.
