FudgeShop.com

FudgeShop.com sells scratch-made fudge from Townsend, Tennessee, shipped all over the world.

The challenge

A local fudgery in Townsend, Tennessee wanted to expand into eCommerce, especially while the COVID-19 pandemic was limiting in-person sales. Fudge can ship worldwide, and an online store reaches a much wider audience than local foot traffic.

What we built

• A beautiful, functional eCommerce website built on WordPress and WooCommerce. The shopping cart automatically calculates shipping and tax.
• About 30 flavors of fudge ready to ship anywhere in the world.
• Secure orders. The shop uses an SSL certificate plus the Cloudflare global CDN for speed and DDoS mitigation (why SSL matters).
• A responsive, mobile-friendly design that is ready for mobile orders.
• Fast hosting on our dedicated servers, so the site can handle peak traffic.
• Advertising through Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive visitors to the shop.
