ExploreTownsend.com

ExploreTownsend.com is the travel resource for Townsend, Tennessee, the Peaceful Side of the Smokies, run by the board of the Townsend/Cades Cove Gateway Alliance (TCGA).

The challenge

The TCGA board runs ExploreTownsend.com and needed a dedicated webmaster to maintain the site and guide the success of their travel resource. They had also been charged a high retainer by their previous webmaster.

What we did

• Moved the site to our hosting server and took over its care through our Website Care Service: hosting, maintenance, security, updates, backups and support.
• Redesigned the website in fall 2022 with overhauled navigation, updated photography and videos, cleaner typography and color palette, and an overall elevated design (web design).

The site brings in thousands of visitors interested in the beauty and appeal of Townsend. See it at ExploreTownsend.com.
