Faculty Physicians

Faculty Physicians is a podiatry, family medicine, internal medicine and wound care practice with multiple locations in Tennessee.

The challenge

Faculty Physicians had a Wix.com website and ran into friction when requesting updates from their former webmaster. Their IT team recommended Pioneer Media to redesign and manage the site going forward. We also built a brand new website for their sister company, Surgical Wound Care Associates.

What we built

• A refresh for a new chapter. The existing content and copy were decent but needed changes, especially the logo, provider headshots and biographies, to reflect the transition from the former parent company: a new logo, color scheme and updated forms.
• Patient-focused features: provider headshots and biographies, patient information (FAQ, downloadable forms, online portal), a contact form and a map of locations.
• A WordPress site on a dedicated cloud server physically located only about 3 hours from the practice’s offices (hosting).
• Mobile-friendly, SSL-secure and fast: protected by multiple layers of defenses against hackers and sped up by multiple layers of performance caching.
• Ongoing support for updated forms, providers and more through our Website Care Service.
