East Tennessee PBS

East Tennessee PBS is Knoxville and East Tennessee’s official source for local PBS information: TV schedules, online videos and a donation page for supporters.

The challenge

East Tennessee PBS needed a website its staff could update easily, since its content changes constantly, and a donation page supporters could trust with their credit card details.

What we built

• A content management system so PBS employees can update the website’s ever-changing content themselves.
• A secure donation page that accepts tax-deductible credit card donations, protected with SSL encryption (why SSL matters).
• Hosting and management by Pioneer Media, an ongoing relationship through our Website Care Service.
