Sakuma International

Sakuma International America, Inc. is a “one-stop” supplier of high-precision automotive parts, medical components and magnet assemblies, with a global supply chain through the Sakuma Special Steel group. Its Knoxville office serves the U.S. market.

The challenge

The Sakuma International team in Knoxville felt they weren’t getting enough results and support from their previous website management company, which managed clients across the country. They were invoiced for even small updates and support requests, and the company’s high turnover meant their contact changed from time to time.

What we built

• A move to our cloud servers, with Pioneer Media as their webmaster providing website management and support.
• Early fixes for software licensing, header design quirks and the Request a Quote contact form.
• Ongoing clean-up of graphics, charts, tables and broken links.
• Marketing connections. Sakuma wants to ramp up its marketing, so we introduced possible candidates to manage its LinkedIn account and promote growth on that channel.
