Self Storage Management Systems, Inc.

Self Storage Management Systems, Inc. offered conveniently located, economically priced mini storage warehouses in the Knoxville area, with more than 600 units and 250,000 square feet of storage.

The challenge

The old website had not been touched in over 10 years and was overdue for a redesign (see the before screenshot below).

What we built

• A WordPress website that was easy to manage and evolve.
• SSL security that encrypted the site’s traffic, including credit card payment data (why SSL matters).
• Search-friendly local listings. Each location had accurate contact information that search engines could easily read (SEO).
• Ongoing care through our Website Care Service: web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, site updates, analytics, SEO monitoring, backups, virus removal, security patches and support.

This case study is archived, and the website is offline.
