Richard’s Printing Services, Inc.

Richard’s Printing began in 1963 as Richard L. Roth Sr.’s second source of income and became a full-time business in 1975. Rick Jr. took it over in 1996, added banners, signs and screen printing, and moved it to Bruhin Street in 2008, keeping his father’s values of long-term relationships and fast, high-quality service.

The challenge

Rick and Pioneer Media met through a local BNI chapter. His company’s website dated from the 2000s, so he chose our website design services to reimagine it.

What we built

• A one-week project. Once Rick shared a Dropbox folder of the logo and samples, the design went from first mockup to completion in a week.
• An extensive sample gallery in 12 categories, including business cards, banners, flyers, posters and yard signs, paired with a fun color scheme.
• A secure file upload page that accepts PDF and image files up to 100 MB, with one place on the backend to store and review customers’ files.
• A logo that fits. After more than 50 iterations, the throwback, old-timey diner logo reminds customers that this is an established, time-tested company.
• Mobile-friendly. The responsive design works on everything from 4K desktops to phones.
• SSL encryption that protects the site and the file uploads, so sensitive documents arrive safely (why SSL matters).
• Ongoing care through our Website Care Service: web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, site updates, analytics, SEO monitoring, backups, virus removal, security patches and support.
