Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis

The Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis works to advance the development of, and access to, the practice of behavior analysis in Tennessee.

The challenge

TABA sent a list of around 10 issues to fix on its TennesseeABA.org community website, which was built on Drupal. Problems included account login and management and the cart and checkout pages, and checkout and payment issues were the top priority.

What we built

• A move to WordPress and WooCommerce, which is easier for both us and the association to maintain (eCommerce).
• Working payments through the existing PayPal account and Braintree. TABA received payments through the new site right away.
• An SSL certificate so every transaction is safe and secure (why SSL matters).
• A one-week turnaround for the migration and refreshed design, which saved TABA money.
• Mobile-friendly. The responsive design works on everything from 4K desktops to phones.
• Ongoing care through our Website Care Service: web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, site updates, analytics, SEO monitoring, backups, virus removal, security patches and support.
